EXCLUSIVE - Securities Lit/ATL…Securities Litigation Associate needed for national firm's Atlanta Office.  Two to five years of litigation experience with at least some securities experience required.  This is a fast paced practice group with national clientele so not a lifestyle position but there is no shortage of work either.  Strong academic and work credentials required.  Securities lit experience with a NY or DC firm a plus. 

Corporate/Savannah…Savannah firm seeks 2-4 year corporate associate for general corporate and real estate practice. Experience dealing with privately held companies and drafting asset purchase agreements, operating agreements, and other general corporate documents necessary. Will train in real estate if no prior experience, corporate experience a must. Firm will only consider candidates with ties to the Savannah/Coastal Georgia area.
