A graduate of Emory University and Syracuse University College of Law, Raj is a successful practicing attorney, legal recruiter and entrepreneurial businessman. Prior to joining Hughes & Sloan, Raj was a securities litigator at Sutherland Asbill & Brennan and Rogers & Hardin in Atlanta. In addition, Raj was a litigation associate at Kelley Drye & Warren in New York City. Raj's legal experience and long-lasting personal relationships within the legal community have primed him for the legal recruiting world. In his spare time, Raj enjoys boating, traveling and playing tennis. Johnson, PHR Alecia serves as Director of Administration. Her education includes an AAS degree in Systems Engineering and a BS degree in Technical Management from Devry University. While a student, she was involved with several business outreach programs which made available technical consulting, administrative and accounting services to small businesses. During those years, she developed an interest in the economic development of small businesses. A problem-solver by nature, she takes pride in finding innovative and workable ways to approach challenges. Prior to joining Hughes & Sloan Tina provided donor management, event coordination and fund raising services for a not-for-profit organization in Great Neck, NY. Tina’s years of experience give her the ability to quickly identify the needs of both clients and candidates and guide them to the appropriate recruiting professional. Prior to joining Hughes & Sloan, Heather was an attorney in Connecticut specializing in Commercial Litigation. Heather received her B.A. from the University of Massachusetts in Amherst in 2000 where she was a double major in English and Legal Studies. Heather received her Paralegal Certificate from New York University and was a paralegal for three years in both New York and Connecticut before attending law school.
